There are so many ways to add a personal and thoughtful touch to your listings that will be not only a surprise but much to your guest’s pleasure when they arrive. 

Here are some tips on how to get your listing ready for the summer months and enhance your guest's stay: 

Firstly, why not add some complimentary luxury sunscreen in the bedroom/bathroom? This provides a homely and caring touch, providing something important that is easily forgotten by guests. 

If your listing is close to a beach, how about including a map showing the distance to the beach or providing your guests with beach towels and a cool box to facilitate a beach day that they don't have to think twice about.

Another luxury touch is a picnic basket. Fully fitted with crockery and snacks once again lessens the thought process for guests and provides room for spontaneity and the chance to enjoy local parks, fields, or attractions.

Display these things outwardly and in well-lit areas of your property for your guests to find as soon as they walk in!
