Spinks Nest has a unique look that resonates with both brands on Placer and their many Instagram followers.
We asked Ana some questions on how she has found working with Placer as one of our many successful hosts as well as what she hopes to get from the platform in the future.
PL: Ana, it has been a pleasure to have you as part of the Placer community this far, how have you found it?
SN: It has been a pleasure for us too. It has been easy to understand and apply for the promotions, the communication has been very good and it has been very easy to take part.
PL: Why did you originally sign up for Placer?
SN: We hoped to be able to discover new products and also to have new products to enhance our customer's experience. Being honest we didn't know what products would be available when we signed up but have been pleasantly surprised at the Brands we have been able to work with through the platform.
PL: How have your guests reacted to your Placer products?
SN: Our guests have definitely welcomed the extra touches that have made their stay even more special, some comment on the free items and ask how they can purchase them.
PL: You have been on campaigns for some major brands with over £1,000 worth of free product so far. What was your favourite brand to work with?
SN: It is hard to pick, they have all been products that we have loved and have fitted really well with our cottage and the experience that we are aiming to provide. But personally I am very excited about our recent placement from Royal Doulton. They provided some beautiful tableware that fits with our look perfectly.
PL: Do you think Placer has helped improve your guest experience?
SN: Yes, it has certainly helped us make the experience even better by allowing us to provide those extra items. Like I said some guests comment positively on the free items from Placer, especially the consumables like coffee and snacks.
PL: If you could work with any brand through Placer, who would you choose?
SN: Any consumables that enhance the customer experience would be welcomed as they are going down great with our guests.
PL: What would you like to see from Placer in the future?
SN: As above, you have some great services so far. I would like to see more options to make additional revenue from our listing, if that is possible!?
